Is there a monthly fee?+
No. The NFC cards are a one-time purchase. There’s no Crestmont subscription required to use the configured review link.
Do customers need an app?+
There’s no Crestmont app to download. Customers tap with a compatible NFC-enabled smartphone to open your Google review link. They need to sign in to a Google account to post a review. Device settings and compatibility can vary.
Will this guarantee more five-star reviews?+
No. The card makes it easier to reach your review page. Customers choose whether to leave a review and what rating to give. Invite honest feedback from everyone, without rewards or selective requests.
What if I don’t have a Google Business Profile?+
Our $200 setup service helps eligible businesses work through the basics. Google decides eligibility and may require verification. Your card can be configured once an appropriate review link is available.
Where do you offer setup?+
We’re based in Kissimmee, Florida. Local handoff and setup arrangements are confirmed individually before an order is accepted. Shipping and wider service availability are not yet offered through this site.
How do I order?+
Text or call (407) 346-1602 with your business name. We’ll set a time, configure your card in person, and test it together before you pay. See our refund policy.
